Result of Annual General Meeting
At today's Annual General Meeting (AGM) all resolutions were duly passed by shareholders. Results of voting will be available to view on the Company's website later today.
DIVIDEND
The final dividend of 11.0p will be paid on 26 January 2024 to shareholders on the Register as at 12 January 2024. This brings the total dividend for the year ended 31 August 2023 to 19.0p.
DIRECTORATE CHANGE
As previously announced, following Carmel Warren's re-election to the Board by shareholders, she has assumed the role of Non-Executive Chair in succession to Richard King.
