Computacenter PLC09 January 2006 For immediate release 9 January 2006 Pre-Close Trading Update It has been Computacenter's practice to make a pre-close trading updatestatement ahead of entering its close period following the year end. However,Computacenter has been in an offer period since the announcement of 18 November2005 and, as a result, its ability to make such an update statement isconstrained by a requirement to have the Company's auditors examine and reporton the trading update. Accordingly, Computacenter will not make a pre-close trading update at this timebut expects to provide an estimate of 2005 profits as soon as the auditors havecompleted their review, later in January 2006, together with an update on theprogress of the offer discussions.
