The following notifications are made under article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation ('MAR') relating to certain transactions in the shares of the Company by Directors of the Company, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') of the Company and/or Persons Closely Associated ('PCA') with the Directors and PDMRs.
The Company announces that on 18 October 2017, the following Director was granted options over ordinary shares of 7 5/9 pence each in the Company under the Computacenter Sharesave Plus Scheme, an all-employee share scheme.
The options were granted at an Option Price of £7.89 and can normally be exercised between 1 December 2022 and 31 May 2023. The exercise of options on maturity is not dependent upon performance criteria.
