Computacenter plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Pauline Campbell to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from Monday 16 August 2021.

Minnow Powell has informed the Company that he will retire from the Board with effect from 30 September 2021, following a handover to his successor and the release of the Company's 2021 Interim Results.

Pauline will join the Audit Committee as Audit Chair-elect and will also serve as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees. Pauline will assume the duties of Audit Chair following Minnow's retirement.

Pauline Campbell is a recently retired PricewaterhouseCoopers ('PwC') Audit Partner who brings over 30 years of experience in the profession. She has worked internationally across a broad range of sectors including IT services and support services amongst many others. Pauline also served on the Governance Board of the UK firm including the Public Interest Body and the equivalent body at PwC's Global Network, so brings a wealth of governance experience.
