Director Remuneration - 6th April 2020

Computacenter plc ("Computacenter"), a leading independent technology partner trusted by large corporate and public sector organisations, today announces changes to the remuneration of its Directors in light of the COVID-19 crisis.

Mike Norris, Chief Executive Officer, and Tony Conophy, Group Finance Director, have elected to reduce their base salary to zero from 1 April 2020 until 30 June 2020, showing solidarity with staff that have been furloughed across the business. In addition, Philip Hulme and Peter Ogden have waived their basic fees due to them as Founder Non-Executive Directors from 1 April 2020 until 31 December 2020.

Further details on Director remuneration for 2020 will be published on 9 April 2020 when the 2019 Annual Report and Accounts is sent to shareholders and it is important to note that this document, including within it the proposed Directors' Remuneration Policy, excludes the changes listed above.

Computacenter's next scheduled trading update will be the announcement of the Group's Q1 Trading Statement on Friday 24th April 2020.
