Cashbox PLC21 June 2007 Cashbox PLC Further re Litigation Further to the announcement made on 23 February 2007 which referred to theongoing litigation between Hanco ATM Systems Limited ("Hanco") and the Company'ssubsidiary Cashbox ATM Systems Limited ("Cashbox ATM") and others, on 19 June2007 the Honourable Mr. Justice Peter Smith heard an application by Cashbox ATMand Carl Thomas for permission to appeal against the Summary Judgment of MasterBowles handed down on 24 November 2006 and subsequent Order that they make aninterim payment on account of costs to Hanco in the sum of £150,000. Judgment isreserved. Mr. Justice Peter Smith further directed that the hearing of Hanco'sapplication for an interim payment be adjourned to 30 July 2007.
