Cashbox PLC06 July 2007 Cashbox PLC ('Cashbox' or 'the Company') Board Changes Cashbox, the independent ATM deployer, today announces that Anthony Sharp hasstepped down from his role as Chairman and resigned as a Director of theCompany. Anthony has been with the company since 2004 and in his role asChairman was instrumental in the Company's IPO and in arranging the recent Bankof Scotland re-financing and overseeing its recent growth. He is leaving Cashboxto focus on his other business interests. John Maples, currently a Non-Executive Director of the Company, becomes ChairmanJohn brings with him a wealth of business experience relevant to Cashbox,including being Chairman of ATM operator Bank Machine Ltd from 2003 until it wasacquired by Cardtronics Inc in 2005. Mr Maples is currently the Member of Parliament for Stratford-on-Avon and theDeputy Chairman of the Conservative Party and was a Treasury Minister in thegovernments of both Margaret Thatcher and John Major.
