Cashbox PLC29 September 2006 Press Release 29 September 2006 Cashbox plc ("Cashbox" or "the Company") Sole Supplier Contract from FRG Buying Group Cashbox plc (AIM:CBOX), the independent ATM deployer and operator, announcesthat it has been awarded sole supplier status of ATMs for all 750 sites of FRGBuying Group Limited ("FRG"). FRG are headquartered in Kent, but have sites across most of the UK. Theyrecommend suppliers to their convenience store buying members. This agreementprovides Cashbox with exclusive access to all of the group's member's outlets. FRG will actively promote Cashbox's services in order to generate greaterawareness and encourage take-up of the convenience-fee ATMs. Each ATM will bedeployed using the Company's free Placement Model, whereby the individualretailer replenishes the machine, eliminating the need for third partycash-handling costs.
