Cashbox PLC27 April 2006 Cashbox PLC ("the Company") Director Shareholdings and Additional Listing The Company confirms that as stated in its Admission Document dated 24 March2006, options over ordinary shares were granted to directors and employees onadmission to AIM. The Company has today made application to AIM for the admission to trading of482,143 new ordinary shares, which have been issued in settlement ofprofessional fees.
