Commercial International Bank (Egypt) S.A.E. - Prospectus in relation to the listing and admission to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange of up to 1,000,000,000 Additional Global Depositary Receipts.

The listing and admission to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange of up to 1,000,000,000 Additional Global Depositary Receipts is expected to occur on 2 October 2017 ("Admission"). The Admission will bring the total number of Global Depositary Receipts listed by CIB to up to 1,680,000,000.
No Global Depositary Receipts have been offered or marketed to the public in the United Kingdom or elsewhere in connection with the Admission.
