Board committee changes

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, Close Brothers Group plc ("Close Brothers") today announces that Kari Hale has been appointed a member of the Nomination & Governance Committee with immediate effect and Patricia Halliday has been appointed a member of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 August 2024.
