APPOINTMENT OF GARY TEPER AS DIRECTOR
Charles Stanley Group PLC is delighted to announce that Gary Teper has been appointed as an executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
Mr Teper joined the Company in 1998. He has been Company Secretary since 2000, and from 2005 a director of the Company's main trading subsidiary, Charles Stanley & Co. Limited, of which he remains a director.
Sir David Howard, Chairman, commented that "I am delighted to be welcoming Gary to the main PLC Board of Charles Stanley. Gary has been an invaluable member of the senior management team at Charles Stanley for the past decade as our in-house Legal Counsel and Director of Human Resources. He has been very much involved with our corporate acquisition projects in recent times and he has made a significant impact on, and contribution to, the continued success of the Group's 32 strong branch network since assuming oversight last year. I look forward to working with him going forward and, on behalf of my fellow PLC Board Members, wish him every success for the future."
