Charles Stanley Group PLC today announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 341,216 ordinary shares of 25 pence each to be admitted to the Official List.

The block admission relates to ordinary shares which will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the Company's SAYE 2007 Scheme and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. It is anticipated that the block listing application will be granted on the 28th January 2011.
