Posting of Annual Report and Accounts
Charles Stanley Group PLC ("the Company") announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2020, the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Proxy Form have been posted to shareholders.

Copies of the documents have also been lodged with the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
AGM
The Company's AGM is scheduled to be held at 12:00pm on Thursday 9 July 2020 at 55 Bishopsgate, London, EC2N 3AS.
COVID-19 update
Due to the Government's COVID-19 Stay at Home Measures prohibiting public gatherings, shareholders will not be able to attend this year's AGM in person.
Shareholders are therefore encouraged to appoint the Chair of the AGM as their proxy with directions as to how to cast their vote on the resolutions proposed. The 2020 Notice of Annual General Meeting explains how shareholders can submit their proxy vote.
Shareholders are invited to send questions relevant to the business of the of the AGM in advance of the meeting to AGM.General@charles-stanley.co.uk. The Company's Board of Directors ("Board") will endeavour, where appropriate, to answer such questions as soon as practicable following the AGM.
The Board will keep the COVID-19 situation under review. In the event that the current restrictions materially change prior to the AGM, it may reconsider whether shareholders should be allowed to attend the AGM in person (taking into account first and foremost the health and safety of attendees). Any changes to restrictions on attendance will be reflected on our website at: https://www.charles-stanley.co.uk/investor-relations.
