Financial targets published at investors and analysts teach-in
Centaur Media plc (LSE: CAU, 'the Group', 'Centaur'), the business information and events group, is publishing its financial targets at a capital markets presentation to investors and analysts today.
Centaur's three-year target is to double the size of the business in terms of total revenues, digital revenues as a percentage of the total and EBITDA margins. These targets will be achieved through a combination of underlying revenue growth, M&A activity, a re-balancing of revenues in favour of paid for content and events, operational gearing and continuing focus on cash flow.
Geoff Wilmot, CEO and Mark Kerswell, FD are hosting the event and will be joined by Tim Potter, MD of Business Publishing; Simon Middelboe, MD of Business Information; and Andrew Evans, MD of Exhibitions.
No new information on current trading will be provided. Current trading remains in line with the full year results statement, published on 15 September 2011.

Centaur expects to publish its next IMS on Wednesday 16 November 2011.
