Director/PDMR Shareholding

Further to the announcement on 31 October 2011, the Company was informed yesterday of a correction to Kuat Oraziman's interests in the share capital. Shares held by Raditie NV were incorrectly identified as forming part of Mr Oraziman's interests. Whereas on a subsequent review, Raditie NV is independent of Mr Oraziman and he has no interests in the shares held by it. Accordingly, Mr Oraziman is now interested in 335,165,716 shares, representing approximately 55.0 per cent. of the issued share capital, as follows:

Name of holder: Baverstock GmbH

Number of shares: 98,000,000

Percentage of issued shares: 16.1%

Name of holder: Mr Oraziman

Number of shares: 95,207,443

Percentage of issued shares: 15.6%
