Holding(s) in Company
Roxi was informed on 5 July 2010 that on 2 July 2010, Altius Energy Limited ("Altius") (previously named Arawak Energy Limited) transferred 24,768,721 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (representing 5.89% of the Company's currently issued share capital) to Arawak Energy Kazakhstan B.V. ("Arawak B.V") for nil consideration. Altius and Arawak B.V are both wholly owned subsidiaries of Rosco S.A.
In addition, Altius transferred its warrants to subscribe for 29,323,835 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company to Arawak B.V. The warrants are exercisable as follows:
(a) Β£0.15 per ordinary share if the warrant is exercised on or before 30 September 2010; or
(b) Β£0.20 per ordinary share if the warrant is exercised between 1 October 2010 and 31 March 2011.
