Carclo plc announces that on 2 July 2010, Mr. Ian Williamson, Chief Executive exercised options over 20,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 149p per share which he has transferred to his wife, Janice Williamson.
As a result of these transactions Mr Williamson and his connected parties' beneficial interest in the Company is 657,823 Ordinary Shares representing 1.07% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
Application to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange will be made for these new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange at the earliest practicable opportunity.
The number of shares in issue following this issue will be 61,471,702.
