("Capital Drilling", the "Group" or the "Company")
Transfer of Shares
Capital Drilling Limited (CAPD: LN) the emerging and developing markets focused drilling company, was informed today by Craig Burton, Non-Executive Director, that, on 23 June 2016, he transferred 6,000,000 common shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 4.45% of the Group's issued share capital from his family trust CI Burton Family Trust to Skye Equity Pty Ltd, a company wholly owned by Mr Burton, for 32.85 pence per Ordinary Share, being market value on that date.
Following the transfer, the beneficial interest of Mr Burton and his connected persons in the Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 28,466,129 shares, representing 21.10% of the Company's issued share capital.
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R
