The Company has established Clean Air Power Ltd Pty inAustralia to meet the strong demand for its Dual-FuelTM technology. It hasemployed an Australian Director and a Business Development Manager to facilitatedelivery of the Mitchell contract and to further develop sales throughoutAustralia. January 2007 saw the announcement of a significant order when Mitchell CorpAustralia Pty Ltd, a bulk logistics solutions provider, ordered 50 systems wortha total of approximately £1.5m. The first installations under this contractstarted this week. This order is significant as it illustrates the continuingpenetration into the Australian market and the revenue associated with thiscontract is double the sales made in Australia last year. The Company has received a new order from Kleenheat Gas Pty Ltd in Australiaresulting in additional sales of approximately £0.25m, providing furtherevidence of Clean Air Power's growing success in Australia. Clean Air Power'sDual-FuelTM technology will be installed on its heavy duty trucks.
