Camellia PLC25 November 2005 Camellia Plc Board changes Following the recent merger of Camellia Plc ("Camellia") and Linton Park Plc("Linton Park") through a scheme of arrangement under which Linton Park became awholly owned subsidiary of Camellia, the board of Camellia announces that Mr C JRelleen is to be appointed non-executive Deputy Chairman with effect from 1stJanuary 2006. Mr Relleen, aged 57, was appointed to the board of Linton Park in July 2003 as anon-executive director and will resign from that position on 1st January 2006.He is also a non-executive director of Duncan Lawrie Holdings Limited,Camellia's banking and financial services subsidiary. Mr Relleen was formerly apartner of PricewaterhouseCoopers. There are no further details to be disclosed under paragraphs 9.6.13(R) of theListing Rules of the UK Listing Authority. Mr Abu Subhan will retire from the Camellia board at the company's next annualgeneral meeting in June 2006.
