Camellia PLC28 July 2006 Camellia Plc Board Changes 28th July 2006 The board of Camellia Plc announces that Dr B A Siegfried has been appointed anon-executive director with effect from 1st August 2006. Dr Siegfried, aged 71,is a director and honorary chairman of Siegfried Holding AG, a Swiss basedpharmaceutical company in which Camellia Plc has a 32.3% interest through one ofits wholly-owned subsidiaries. Upon his appointment, Dr Siegfried will resign asa director of Linton Park Plc, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Camellia Plc, havingbeen appointed a director of that company in 1995. There are no further details to be disclosed under paragraphs 9.6.13(R) of theListing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
