Camellia PLC17 November 2005 Camellia Plc ("Camellia") Statement re Camellia Additional Listing Further to the announcement on 14 November 2005 confirming the sanctioning bythe Court of the proposal for Linton Park to become a wholly-owned subsidiary ofCamellia (the "Scheme"), the Directors of Camellia allotted 247,364 new ordinaryshares of 10 pence each in Camellia ("Shares") conditional upon admission ofsuch Shares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading onthe London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities ("Admission")Application has been made for Admission which is expect to become effective at8.00am on 17 November 2005. The Shares rank pari passu with Camellia's existing ordinary shares. Followingthe issue of the Shares, Camellia will have 2,842,364 ordinary shares in issue.
