Trading Update
Zenergy Power (AIM:ZEN.L), the superconductor energy technology company, issues a trading update following the close of the first half 2010.
The company has experienced delays in orders, but the Board expects an improvement in order intake as a consequence of the installation of the next two Magnetic Billet Heater units. These units are scheduled to be delivered in August and November respectively including one unit to the Sapa Group, the World's largest aluminium extruder. The company believes that user experience with these two machines will act as a catalyst for further orders.
The medium-voltage Fault Current Limiter for CE Electric's UK grid is under manufacture and delivery is expected in December.
The hydropower generator for E.On AG is expected to be installed in November, following supply of the superconducting components from Zenergy Power on schedule in 2009.
The 2G wire development program continues to make good progress.
The Company plans to announce its interim results on the 8th September.
