NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
Zenergy Power (AIM:ZEN.L), the superconductor energy technology company, announces that Jens Mϋller and Carsten Bϋhrer have today exercised options over shares held on their behalf by Cloverleaf Holdings Limited.
As disclosed at the time of the Company's admission to trading in August 2006, Jens Mϋller and Carsten Bϋhrer held interests over 345,200 ordinary shares each by virtue of a call option agreement with Cloverleaf Holdings Limited pursuant to which either could call for the delivery of 345,200 shares for an aggregate exercise price of €1.00.
