Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging
Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons
Further to the admission on 14 July 2014 of 351,063,830 New Ordinary Shares to listing on the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange for listed securities through a Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer at 47 pence per New Ordinary Share announced on 20 June 2014, the Company announces the following changes to the share interests of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR"s) and their connected persons:

The Directors/PDMRs and their connected persons all acquired the shares at a price of 47 pence per New Ordinary Share.
These transactions were notified to the Company on 15 July 2014.
