DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The announcement on 1 November 2016 regarding Director participation in the Company's Scrip Divided Scheme noted that Hugh Scott-Barrett, Chief Executive, had acquired 37,461 shares. Subsequent to this, on 22 November 2016, Hugh Scott-Barrett was notified that a further 9,365 shares have also been credited to his account being an allocation in respect of withholding tax reclaimed on the same dividend payment. This brings the total shares acquired to 46,826 and the total shares in which Hugh Scott-Barrett has an interest in to 2,197,461. All other details, and the terms of the shares acquired, are as stated in the 1 November 2016 announcement.
