Board change

The Board announces that, following his resignation from the Company on 8 May 2024, Lawrence Hutchings, CEO, will immediately commence garden leave and will formally leave the business on 15 November 2024, at which point he will cease to be a Director of the Company.

Stuart Wetherly, Group Finance Director, has, with immediate effect, been appointed Acting CEO, assisted by James Ryman, Investment Director. This structure will remain in place at least until the completion of the recommended cash and share offer by NewRiver REIT plc for the Company.

David Hunter, Chairman, commented: "I would once again like to thank Lawrence for his service over the past seven years. Despite being on notice to depart, he has continued to serve with a very high level of commitment to the Company, and we wish him well for the future. I am also grateful to Stuart and James for their flexibility and support."
