DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

On 15 June 2016 the Company received notification that PDI Investment Holdings Ltd, an entity in which Louis Norval has a beneficial interest, have acquired 500,000 shares in the Company. The shares were acquired on 15 June 2016 at a price of 60.00 pence per share.

Following the transactions PDI Investment Holdings Ltd has a total shareholding of 65,462,806 shares representing 9.342% of the Company's issued share capital. The revised beneficial interest of Louis Norval is 136,960,303 ordinary shares, representing 19.545% of the Company's issued share capital. The total shareholding of all parties connected to Louis Norval, including those in which he has a beneficial interest and those which he does not but has a connection to, is 175,454,075 shares, representing 25.038% of the Company's issued share capital. Wessel Hamman, a Non-Executive Director of the Company is a Non-Executive Director of Homestead Group Holdings Ltd, the parent company of PDI Investment Holdings Ltd, but he has no beneficial interest in the shares held by PDI Investment Holdings Ltd.
