LICENCE UPDATEΒ AND ANALYST PRESENTATION
Cadogan todayΒ announces thatΒ following the ruling at theΒ Kharkiv Appellate Administrative CourtΒ allowing Cadogan to appeal against theΒ PoltavaΒ Region CommercialΒ Court's earlier written decision of June 17 2008Β regarding theΒ ZagoryanskaΒ licence,Β the appeal dateΒ hasΒ been scheduled for September 18Β 2008.Β Β As earlier announced, the Pirkovskoe appeal date has beenΒ confirmedΒ for September 17 2008.
Separately, Cadogan's CEO Mark Tolley, will be hosting a presentation for research analystsΒ on 9 September inΒ London. This presentationΒ is intended to provideΒ an introduction to Cadogan and will beΒ madeΒ available on the Company's websiteΒ following the presentation meeting. No newΒ materialΒ information will be provided at the presentation.
