LICENCE UPDATE AND ANALYST PRESENTATION
Cadogan today announces that following the ruling at the Kharkiv Appellate Administrative Court allowing Cadogan to appeal against the Poltava Region Commercial Court's earlier written decision of June 17 2008 regarding the Zagoryanska licence, the appeal date has been scheduled for September 18 2008. As earlier announced, the Pirkovskoe appeal date has been confirmed for September 17 2008.
Separately, Cadogan's CEO Mark Tolley, will be hosting a presentation for research analysts on 9 September in London. This presentation is intended to provide an introduction to Cadogan and will be made available on the Company's website following the presentation meeting. No new material information will be provided at the presentation.
