LICENCE UPDATEĀ AND ANALYST PRESENTATION
Cadogan todayĀ announces thatĀ following the ruling at theĀ Kharkiv Appellate Administrative CourtĀ allowing Cadogan to appeal against theĀ PoltavaĀ Region CommercialĀ Court's earlier written decision of June 17 2008Ā regarding theĀ ZagoryanskaĀ licence,Ā the appeal dateĀ hasĀ been scheduled for September 18Ā 2008.Ā Ā As earlier announced, the Pirkovskoe appeal date has beenĀ confirmedĀ for September 17 2008.
Separately, Cadogan's CEO Mark Tolley, will be hosting a presentation for research analystsĀ on 9 September inĀ London. This presentationĀ is intended to provideĀ an introduction to Cadogan and will beĀ madeĀ available on the Company's websiteĀ following the presentation meeting. No newĀ materialĀ information will be provided at the presentation.
