The 2022 Annual General Meeting will be held at Griffin House, 40 Lever Street, Manchester, M60 6ES on Thursday 7 July 2022 at 12.30pm (the "AGM")
The Company will continue to closely monitor the rapidly developing impact of Covid-19, including the latest Government guidance, and how this may affect the arrangements for the AGM. Consequently, the AGM is subject to change, possibly at short notice.
