NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY (PDMR) OR CONNECTED PERSONS
Britvic plc ("the Company") announces that it received notification on 18 December 2015 that Douglas Frost, a PDMR of the Company:
1. Exercised options on 17 December 2015 over ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares) granted under the Company's Executive Share Option Plan (ESOP) as set out below:

Of the shares arising, Douglas Frost sold 142,010 Ordinary Shares at a price of 707 pence per Ordinary Share; and.
2. Sold 7,000 beneficially held Ordinary shares on 17 December 2015 at the price of 706 pence per share, representing 0.00 per cent of the Company's shares currently in issue.
As a result of the latter transaction, the total interest of Douglas Frost in the Company's Ordinary Shares (excluding options, awards under the Company's LTIP and interests as a potential beneficiary of the Company's Employee Benefit Trusts) is 193,084, representing 0.07 per cent of the Company's shares currently in issue.
This notification is made pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4(1).
