2023 ANNUAL REPORT AND 2023 NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Following the release on 22 November 2023 of the Group’s Preliminary Results Announcement for the year ended 30 September 2023, and in compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, the Company has today submitted the following documents to the Financial Conduct Authority. They will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism which is located at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. Annual Report and Accounts 2023 Notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, to be held on Thursday 25 January 2024 at 11.00am at the offices of Linklaters LLP, One Silk Street, London EC2Y 8HQ Proxy form for the 2024 AGM
