BATM Advanced Communications Ld04 March 2008 BATM Advanced Communications Limited Dividend Declaration / Notice of AGM The board of BATM Advanced Communications Limited ("BATM" or "the Company")(LSE: BVC), announced its intention to recommend a dividend of 1 US Cent pershare for the year ended 31 December 2007 in the Preliminary Resultsannouncement on 21 February 2008. The dividend will be proposed for approval byshareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting which will be held on 16June 2008. If the payment of the dividend is approved it will be paid on 18 July2008 to all eligible shareholders on the register as at 27 June 2008 (the Recorddate).
