BATM Advanced Communications Limited ("BATM" or the "Company")

Director share purchases

The Company has been informed of the following director share purchases: Dr. Zvi Marom, Chief Executive Officer of BATM, has today bought 450,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 21 pence per share and Ofer Bar-Ner, Chief Financial Officer of BATM has today bought 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 21 pence per share.

Following these purchases, Dr. Marom has a beneficial holding of 92,494,500 ordinary shares representing approximately 22.96 per cent of the Company's ordinary issued share capital and Mr. Bar-Ner has a beneficial holding of 150,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.037 per cent of the Company's ordinary issued share capital. Dr. Marom holds 500,000 options over the Company's ordinary shares. Mr. Bar-Ner holds 1,413,333 options over the Company's ordinary shares.
