The Company announces that it is satisfied that all inside information which the Directors and the Company may have in the period leading up to the announcement of its results for the half year ended 31 May 2026 has been, and will continue to be, notified to the London Stock Exchange via a regulatory information service. Therefore, the Company is not prohibited from dealing in its own securities.
The closed period will last until the results in respect of the half year ended 31 May 2026 are published, which is expected to be on or around 23 July 2026.
If in the period leading up to the announcement of the half year results the Directors of the Company come into the possession of any inside information, this will be notified to the London Stock Exchange without delay and before any such transactions are undertaken.
