BURFORD CAPITAL PLC ANNOUNCES BURFORD CAPITAL GLOBAL FINANCE LLC ACCEDES AS SUBSIDIARY GUARANTOR
6.5% STERLING BONDS DUE 2022
6.125% STERLING BONDS DUE 2024
5% STERLING BONDS DUE 2026
Burford Capital PLC, the special purpose financing vehicle created to issue Burford's Sterling denominated retail bonds and an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Burford Capital Limited, announces that Burford Capital Global Finance LLC has acceded as a Subsidiary Guarantor of Burford Capital PLC's:
· | £90,000,000 6.50 per cent. guaranteed bonds due 19 August 2022, issued on August 19, 2014; |
· | £100,000,000 6.125 per cent. guaranteed bonds due 2024, issued on April 26, 2016; and, |
· | £175,000,000 5.0 per cent. guaranteed bonds due 2026, issued on June 1, 2017. |
The accession is effective May 27, 2021.
