BURFORD CAPITAL PLC
Burford Capital PLC, the special purpose financing vehicle created to issue Burford's 2014, 2016 and 2017 retail bonds and an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Burford Capital Limited ("Burford"), announces that Philip Braverman, Burford's Global Head of Tax & Structuring, will join the board of Burford Capital PLC, in place of Hayley Leake.
Craig Arnott and Leslie Paster continue as board directors.
This announcement relates only to the bond issuing entity and there is no change to the Board of the parent company Burford Capital Limited.
