Burford Capital PLC (the "Issuer"), the special purpose financing vehicle created to issue Burford's Sterling denominated retail bonds and an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Burford Capital Limited ("Burford" or the "Company"), announces that the Burford Capital PLC Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2021 have been made available on the Company's website (www.burfordcapital.com/shareholders/bond-information/). This annual report relates solely to the Issuer.
