BURFORD CAPITAL PLC FINAL RESULTS

Burford Capital PLC (the "Issuer"), the special purpose financing vehicle created to issue Burford's Sterling denominated retail bonds and an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Burford Capital Limited ("Burford" or the "Company"), announces that the Burford Capital PLC Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2022 have been made available on the Company's website (https://investors.burfordcapital.com/resources/Bond-Information/). This annual report relates solely to the Issuer.
In addition, the Issuer's amended financial statements for the six months ended June 30, 2022 have also been made available on the Company's website (https://investors.burfordcapital.com/resources/Bond-Information/).
