Burford Capital PLC ("the Issuer"), the special purpose financing vehicle created to issue Burford's Sterling denominated retail bonds and an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Burford Capital Limited ("Burford" or "the Company"), announces that the Burford Capital PLC Annual Report and Financial Statements 2019 have been made available on the Company's website (www.burfordcapital.com/shareholders/bond-information/). This annual report relates solely to the Issuer.
