6.50% STERLING GUARANTEED BONDS DUE 2022 (THE "BONDS")
On 21 July 2014, Burford Capital PLC announced the launch of an offer of the Bonds. This announcement confirms that the Offer Period will close at 10am (London time) on 29 July 2014, such date and time being earlier than the originally scheduled end time and date for the Offer Period which was at 12 noon (London time) on 12 August 2014.
Burford Capital PLC will release its announcement constituting the Sizing Announcement as referred to in the Prospectus dated 21 July 2014 (the "Prospectus") at a time and a date shortly after 10am (London time) on 29 July 2014.
Defined terms used herein shall have the meanings attributed to them in the Prospectus in relation to the Bonds.
