Total Voting Rights

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R, Bluefield Solar Income Fund Limited (the "Company") notifies the market of the following:

As at 29 November 2024, the Company's total issued share capital consisted of 594,269,217 Ordinary Shares. The Company holds 17,183,000 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

Therefore, for the purposes of the Transparency Directive the total number of issued shares with voting rights in the Company is currently 594,269,217.

The above figure of 594,269,217 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
