BRITISH SMALLER COMPANIES VCT2 PLC
TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
British Smaller Companies VCT2 plc ("the Company") announces that with reference to the announcement made on 13 December 2010 with regard to the Company's total voting rights, the Company's issued share capital consists of 17,278,696 Ordinary shares with voting rights ("Voting Capital") and not 17,271,419 as previously stated. In addition, the Company holds 566,100 shares in Treasury.
The above statement of Voting Capital may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
