ANNUAL REPORT
FOR THE YEAR ENDED
31 DECEMBER 2008
Further to the announcement of its unaudited preliminary results on 23 March 2009, British Smaller Technology Companies VCT2 plc ("the Company") has published its annual report for the year ended 31 December 2008 ("the Annual Report).
The Directors announce the payment of a third interim dividend of 2 pence per share for the year ended 31 December 2008. This dividend will be paid on 19 May to shareholders on the register at 3 April and replaces the final dividend as previously announced on 23 March 2009 and is in recognition of the omission of reference to the final dividend in the Notice of the Company's AGM which is to be held on 13 May 2009. No further dividend for the year to 31 December 2008 will be proposed.
Copies of the Annual Report have been forwarded to the FSA for publication through the document viewing facility in accordance with LR 9.6.1.
