The Company, announces that on 23 December 2010 the following nil cost share awards over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been granted to the Directors of the Company under the terms of the Long Term Incentive Scheme (the "LTIS"), vesting in three years.
