PDMR Shareholding
The Company was informed on 23 May 2024 that Robin Eggar, Chief Commercial Officer, exercised awards over a total of 11,628 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") granted under the 2018 Long Term Incentive Plan as exceptional share option awards (the "Awards") as set out in the table below. Following the exercise, the Shares were sold at the prices shown in the table below.

To satisfy the exercise of the Awards, 11,628 Shares were transferred from the Brooks Macdonald Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"). The Company was notified by JTC Employer Solutions Trustee Limited, as trustees of the EBT, that following this transfer the EBT holds 439,801 Shares, representing 2.67% of the Company's total voting rights.
