PDMR Dealings
The Company has been notified that on 8 March 2023 Clive Watson, Non-executive Director of Breedon Group plc and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR"), has purchased 29,875 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 76.5p per Ordinary Share. As a consequence, Mr Watson now has an interest in 154,875 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.009% of the Company's total voting rights.
As at today there are 1,694,399,580 Ordinary Shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
